RISC-V with deterministic behaviour
PolarFire SoC combines a deterministic RISC-V cluster with low-power FPGA fabric. The L2 memory subsystem is designed for predictable latency, which makes the part attractive for industrial control and safety-related functions where worst-case timing must be provable.
- Asymmetric multi-processing across the E51 monitor core and four U54 cores
- Integrated security: PUF key storage, tamper detection, DPA resistance
- Low static power — no configuration SRAM leakage penalty

Inspection evidence is retained against the lot number and can be supplied with the shipment when your process requires it.
