Ask a questionCan you quote a part that is not in the catalogue?
Yes. The catalogue lists our standing lines, but most of our work is sourcing specific
ordering codes on request — including obsolete, allocated and end-of-life parts. Send the
full ordering code and quantity.
What documentation comes with an order?
Standard shipments include commercial documentation and our internal lot record. Source
traceability records, inspection reports and certificates of conformance can be supplied
where your process requires them — tell us at quotation stage.
How do you guard against counterfeit parts?
Parts are bought through audited channels and pass incoming inspection on marking,
packaging, lead condition and, where authenticity cannot be established externally,
X-ray or decapsulation. Any part proven counterfeit is refunded in full, including freight.
Do you supply in production volumes?
Yes. We support volume and OEM programmes with scheduled releases and volume pricing.
For long programmes, we can discuss buffer stock and second-source qualification so your
line is not exposed to a single allocation.
Can you help with the design, not just the parts?
Yes. Our engineering team supports device and package selection, carrier board and thermal
design for module-based products, and bring-up of reference designs on hardware bought
from us.
