Every lot is verified before it is offered

Parts arriving from the open market are treated as unverified until proven otherwise. That applies regardless of how long we have worked with a source.

Documentation review against the approved source and order code
Visual inspection of laser marking, package finish and lead coplanarity
Packaging and label verification, including reel and moisture-barrier integrity
X-ray fluorescence and X-ray imaging to detect re-marking or die substitution
Decapsulation and full electrical test when authenticity cannot be established externally
Result recorded against the lot number and retained for the life of the order

Controls

How the process is enforced

Procedures only matter if they are followed on every order. These are the controls that make that happen.

Approved source list

Suppliers are qualified on documentation history and audit before they can be used, and reviewed on performance.

Lot-level records

Every incoming lot is logged with source, date code, quantity and inspection result, and linked to the shipment it went out on.

ESD & moisture control

ESD-protected handling areas and controlled storage, with baking and dry-pack procedures for moisture-sensitive parts.

Documentation on request

Traceability records, inspection reports and certificates of conformance supplied when your process requires them.

Counterfeit refund

Any part proven counterfeit is refunded in full, including freight, without argument about the source.

Continuous review

Inspection findings feed back into the approved source list. A source that fails is removed, not discounted.
